Warranty Policy
FRRK provides limited warranty for selected electronic intimate wellness products, effective from the date of delivery. Non-electronic items do not come with warranty.
Warranty Period: 90 days from delivery date for electronic powered products. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty applies only when the product is used properly following official instructions. It does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, rough handling, dropping or liquid immersion
- Normal wear and tear after daily use
- Damage from unauthorized disassembly, modification or repair
- Damage caused by use of incompatible lubricants or cleaners
- Lost or stolen items
- Products purchased from third-party resellers
Warranty Claim Process: To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support within the warranty window. You need to provide your order number, photos or video showing the defect. We may request additional evidence to verify the issue.
After verification of valid manufacturing defect, we will choose to replace the defective unit or issue partial refund at our discretion. Return shipping cost for warranty claims shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Our warranty is limited to the product itself. We shall not be responsible for any indirect losses, injuries or extra costs arising from product failure, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties. FRRK reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time.
This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
